Sally Salmon and her friends play catch in the sea. She swims skilfully among the corals, hops over the starfish, and finds a great hiding place in the shell.

Exercises:
- gliding notes, also in the form of vocal circles
- short (staccato) and long (legato) notes
- different tempi

These exercises promote the following vocal goals:
the closure of the vocal folds, greater flexibility of the vocal folds, and breath-voice balance

The ‘LAX VOX® stories to bubble along to’ are creative exercise materials for children aged between approx. 3-14 years. They are a basis for you to design LAX VOX® exercise units in voice work (e.g., in voice therapy, singing lessons, choir work, voice care, or music lessons).

It makes laxvoxing even more fun. Immerse yourself in the world of story:
what voice do you think Jerry the dog has? How do you bubble a bark? What sound does Sally Salmon make and can we make her swim really fast? Can you bubble as slowly as the little snail slithers?

Adults find it really enjoyable, too.

Who invented it?
The creative ‘LAX VOX® stories to bubble along to’ are developed by Gabriele Wohlgemuth and much love is put into the drawings. Stephanie A. Kruse backs them up with her technical expertise.

What will I get?
Each download includes a pdf file with a drawing showing the respective story, detailed exercise instructions as well as an explanation of the respective voice goals and possible effects of the exercises.
